Weekend Quality Control Inspector Job Description Conduct examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, components, and parts at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. Responsibilities Conduct examinations and quality control inspections on all types of standard and special products to ensure alignment with product requirements and quality standards. Provide detailed analysis, troubleshooting, and evaluation of components, assemblies, and systems. Maintain documentation records and data on tests performed. Recommend quality control solutions to complex problems and implement corrective actions. Set up or build special test panels to facilitate testing and evaluation as needed. Perform internal audits based on established criteria and record the results. Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the possibility of working nights and weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as necessary. Other responsibilities as assigned. Essential Skills Proficiency in inspection, quality control, and quality assurance processes. Experience in in-process inspection using tools such as calipers and micrometers. Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed job instructions. Ability to apply a systematic Quality Assurance approach to solve standard problems. Skill in measuring and using test equipment as prescribed by job instructions. Capability to identify and independently resolve routine issues. Proficient computer skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with silicone, rubber, and extrusion processes. Capability to recommend and implement corrective actions in quality control. Why Work Here?
