- Perform wet chemistry testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments, including Ion Chromatography (IC) and Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP).
- Rotate between lab environments focused on acid-based products and phosphate salts.
- Accurately document and communicate test results to the operations team.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Adapt to changing priorities and testing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in a comprehensive 68 week training program with experienced lab staff.
- Proficiency in laboratory practices.
- Quality control expertise.
- Knowledge of chemistry and biology.
- Experience in wet chemistry and titration.
- Analytical chemistry skills.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a life science field preferred, or relevant lab/QC experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Experience with wet chemistry or analytical instrumentation is a plus.
The position requires working overnight shifts, consisting of 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The work environment is fast-paced, and training will be conducted during the night shift. The role offers a base pay plus a shift differential for night shifts.
