• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot any anomalies, and ensure the proper functioning of laboratory instruments through regular maintenance and calibration.
• Assist with sample collection and preparation as necessary, ensuring compliance with testing requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of laboratory procedures, provide training to new team members, and uphold high standards of quality in the laboratory.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Commitment to maintaining current certification during employment.
