responsibilities:

• Independently design and perform assays to analyze immune responses to vaccine
• Experience that includes (but are not limited to) cell culture, neutralization assays, Luminex, and ELISAs in BSL-2 environments.
• Develop and optimize new or current assays to improve work efficiency.
• Apply technical skills and functional knowledge to complete projects/ assignments
• independently and proactively.
• Perform data analysis; summarize and interpret experimental results and present at team meetings. Write research reports to support regulatory submissions.
• Read scientific and technical literature to stay current in the field and to bring new and
• improved technologies to the laboratory.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks in compliance with the company Laboratory Notebook Policy.

qualifications:
Must-Have

• PhD with 0+ years' experience in Immunology, Virology, Biology or a related field in pre-clinical research
• or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years OR Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands on experience with immunoassays (neutralization and ELISA)
• and data interpretation.
• Strong background in immunology and virology.
• Experience in assay development.
• Proficiency in software to perform analysis and presentation of data (Excel, GraphPad Prism, PowerPoint, and relevant scientific software).

Nice-to-Have

• Advanced experience in generating protocols using Bravo Automated Liquid Handling Platform.
• Experience in designing and completing experiments independently.
• Knowledge of Luminex technology and molecular biology techniques.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and functions).
