Lab Technician

We're seeking a Lab Technician to support laboratory operations by preparing and evaluating lab-scale samples, maintaining equipment, and assisting in process development. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with chemical processes and collaborating across technical teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze lab-scale samples for ongoing technical initiatives and production support

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment used in sample generation

Conduct property testing and contribute to process scale-up activities

Maintain detailed records, notebooks, and digital logs to ensure data accuracy

Perform stoichiometric calculations manually and via software

Research and compile technical information to support lab operations and troubleshooting

Comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal protocols

Communicate effectively with team members and assist in providing timely data to support customer needs

Support multiple ongoing projects under guidance from various technical leads

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a laboratory or chemical processing environment

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Familiarity with lab safety standards, SOPs, and environmental health protocols

Strong math and problem-solving skills, especially in stoichiometry

Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a dynamic setting
