Quality Control Technician**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our team. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food manufacturing processes.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday with required Saturday overtime. The available shifts are:

+ 1st/3rd from 3:30am to 12:30pm with overtime until 1pm or 2pm

+ 2nd from 2:30pm to 11pm with overtime until 1 am or 2 am

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform quality control checks on food products.

+ Ensure compliance with GMP and quality assurance standards.

+ Document quality assurance processes and results.

+ Maintain high standards of product integrity.

**Essential Skills**

+ 2 years of food quality experience

+ Knowledge of GMP standards

+ Proficiency in quality control and assurance

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Spanish speaking skills

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
