We aim to deliver quality and cost-effective healthcare close to home. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Manager located in Forsyth, GA. The Laboratory Manager will oversee daily laboratory operations, maintain quality control, manage laboratory equipment, conduct analytical assessments, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include managing research and development projects, supervising laboratory staff, and implementing efficient laboratory practices. Collaborates with other departments, medical professionals, consultants, and organizations, to develop, support, and coordinates patient care and related administrative functions. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control measures and Laboratory Equipment management Strong Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills Demonstrated ability to perform medical laboratory procedures in accordance with policies and protocols in effect. Excellent organizational and management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Medical Technology Successful completion of a required Medical Technologist certification. Previous two (2) experience in a laboratory management role is preferred Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in a laboratory setting Experience with CAP accreditation.
