Essential Job Duties:The Research Associate/Lab Manager will lead the design, characterization, and development of peptide ligands for the purification of biological therapeutics. Supervise and maintain the equipment needed for ligand discovery and optimization. Collaborate with graduate students conducting research in affinity ligand development. Develop analytical protocols to support research activities. Prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications and slide decks/posters for conference presentations.
