Description Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both standard and advanced laboratory tests across various disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established procedures.
• Assess test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and ensure proper preparation for testing whenever necessary.
• Thoroughly document laboratory procedures, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining high-quality lab standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe laboratory environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent degree with ASCP/AMT certification holder preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
