Description Your Impactful Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests, such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Examine results carefully to ensure accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain lab instruments through preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Assist in specimen collection processes and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.

• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with plans for ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) expected within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification required throughout employment.
