Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join their team. As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be part of the consumer lending operations supporting quality control teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of lending processes which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Control Analyst - VMO - IA
**Location:** 800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA (Hybrid - 3 days in/2 days remote)
**Pay Range:** $26 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Support consumer lending operations focused on work exceptions and control reporting.
+ Ensure report integrity by fixing balances, status codes, and any variables before reports flow to Quality Control teams.
+ Collaborate with Quality Control teams to monitor, test, and audit reports throughout the year.
+ Utilize strong MS Excel skills to analyze data and generate reports.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding report findings and improvements.

+ Familiarity with lending processes and legal terminology.
+ Experience or knowledge of quality control practices in a business environment.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
