Job Responsibilities Your Role

• Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests across varying disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, all following established protocols.
• Analyze test results for clarity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab equipment is appropriately maintained and calibrated.
• Aid in specimen collection and prepare samples for analytics when necessary.
• Document procedures meticulously, provide training for new hires or interns, and contribute to sustaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe workplace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or related allied health field, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Licensure

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within the first year of employment.
• Commitment to maintaining current certification during your tenure.
