Chemical/Material Analyst 4 (Laboratory Scientist Spv)

The incumbent in this position supervises scientists/technicians which analyze drinking water, surface water, ground water and hazardous waste samples for inorganic compounds by approved methods.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

Familiar with Drinking Water, Water Quality and Hazardous Waste sample analyses.

Familiar with laboratory instrument maintenance.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in a physical or natural science from an accredited college or university AND Two years of experience required at the lower level Chemical/Material Analyst 2 (LSTP031) or Chemical/Material Analyst 3 (LSP032) or position equivalent.
