Description What Youll Do

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, among other disciplinesfollowing established guidelines.
• Ensure result accuracy, troubleshoot potential errors, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Participate in sample collection, prepare specimens for testing, and facilitate quality control processes.
• Meticulously document procedures, assist with onboarding new staff or students, and uphold the highest standards of lab excellence.
• Foster a clean and safe laboratory environment, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current credentials throughout your career with us.
