Our client is a world-renowned healthcare organization and seeking a highly skilled and certified **Clinical Laboratory Scientist** to join its team. This role is for the **graveyard shift** and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results that support critical patient care decisions.
Located in San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, CA
**Direct Hire**
**Shift** : 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM (Weds-Sat or Sun-Weds, or Sat-Tues) - Multiple Openings
**Pay:** $105k-125k
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Follow laboratory protocols for the collection, processing, analysis, and documentation of patient samples and test results.
+ Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests within various laboratory specialties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
+ Accurately input and report test results following laboratory policies and regulatory guidelines.
+ Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers, ensuring optimal performance and resolving malfunctions when necessary.
+ Conduct quality control checks and participate in performance evaluations of laboratory equipment.
+ Deliver accurate and timely results while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety standards.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
+ Valid **California State License** to perform clinical laboratory testing (required).
+ Licensed by the **California Department of Public Health (CDPH)** for clinical laboratory work.
+ Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of laboratory safety and accuracy.
