Our client, _a global consumer goods company specializing in health, hygiene, and nutrition products_ , is seeking an **R&D Analytical Scientist** to join their team in **Wilson, NC** . As an R&D Analytical Scientist, you will be part of the Research and Development department supporting the Product Development Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
**Job Title:** R&D Analytical Scientist
**Location:** Wilson, NC 27893
**Pay Range:** $40/HR + Benefits
**Contract Duration:** 6-Months, potential to extend and/or hire on full-time
**Job Function:**
+ Preparation of equipment and laboratory-related User Requirements Specifications (URS) and creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Preparation of high-quality technical documentation, including analytical method transfer protocols and reports.
+ Support analytical equipment installation and qualification activities, including Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) integration.
+ Execution of analytical method transfers, validations, and USP method verifications.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the on-time delivery of the R&D laboratory and multiple product technology transfers.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry).
+ Four or more years of related analytical experience in a regulated or technical industry.
+ Strong technical writing skills with at least two to three years of applied experience.
+ Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
