Description What Youll Do

• Assist with specimen collection and ensure preparation of samples for testing is prompt and efficient.
• Document all procedures meticulously, onboard and train new staff or students, and contribute to sustaining lab quality standards.
• Champion a clean and secure work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation stipulations.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health discipline, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Keep current certification throughout your employment.
