Chemical Operator Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00PM-12:00AM (2nd Shift Only) Pay Rate: $19-$22/hour Direct HireNo contract period Full-Time + Overtime Potential Structured Training Plan Benefits + PTO Included Chemical Operator Job Responsibilities: Accurately measure and weigh chemicals using volumetric tools Operate mixing tanks and blending machines; monitor pressure and temperature Use pumps and filters to maintain proper flow and system operation Adjust machine controls and troubleshoot as needed Document batches and maintain clear records Safely operate a forklift to transport materials Work closely with other departments and team members to meet production KPIs Chemical Operator Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1-3 years of experience in chemical operating or handling Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Respirator certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Familiarity with ERP systems preferred Basic chemistry understanding and strong math skills Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Must have consistent transportation and strong attendance PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
