Associate Analytical Scientist

In this hands-on contract role, you'll provide vital support to our upstream and downstream manufacturing science labs, leveraging your expertise in analytical assays like SEC , SDS-PAGE , and ELISA to help troubleshoot and transfer critical methods. responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support for upstream and downstream manufacturing science labs.
• Work with matrix teams for assay transfer and troubleshooting assays.
• Perform analytical assays for in-process samples in non-GMP environment.
• Maintain electronic lab notebook and report data in a timely manner.
• Write documents and reports to present findings in meetings.

qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in multiple analytical techniques related to biologic characterization.
• Experience working with monoclonal antibody and/or protein therapeutics as applied to mammalian cell lines in a bioprocessing environment.
• Experience with analytical assays such as SEC, SDS-PAGE, CE-SDS, ELISA, titer, etc.

Preferred:

• Experience with method transfer, qualification, and validation is a plus.
