Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to;Train on and then independently execute flow cytometry sample preparation and assay development experimentsPrepare various media solutions for upstream or downstream laboratory experimentsTrain on and then independently execute additional analytical testing for lab studies, including :Moisture testingMetabolic analyzers (e.g. BioProfile)UV/Vis spectroscopyUPLCDynamic Light ScatteringDocument lab work in a data integrity and GDP-compliant manner in an electronic laboratory notebook and/or paper protocolsComplete second scientist reviews in laboratory notebooks and technical documentsAdhere to a safe working culture: participate in lab safety walk-throughs, and follow all site- and lab-safety procedures including biosafety requirements, cross-contamination procedures, PPE, etc.Strong pipetting techniques requiredQualificationsBachelors degree in a scientific concentrationAuthorization to work in the United StatesDesired skills:Knowledge of downstream purification and/or processing (experience with AKTAs / general chromatography, TFF/DFF, homogenization, etc.)General GMP/GDP knowledgeLSS experience (problem-solving mindset)Pharmacy Industry experience Additional InformationThis position is Full-Time, M-F first shift 8am-5pm for 3 weeks out of the month and 1 week on 3rd shift 4days - 10hr shifts - flexibility is needed to support manufacturing needswith overtime as needed.
