Under the direction of the FSED Manager and the FSED Laboratory Supervisor, performs a variety of medical laboratory tests and procedures to provide data for use in diagnosis and treatment of diseases, follows established standards and practices and performs related duties as assigned. Must be eligible to perform phlebotomy.
The FSED Laboratory Supervisor will act on behalf of the FSED Manager to provide oversight of clinical skills, QA, competencies, etc. Must present self in a professional manner, work well with a multidisciplinary team, have good communication skills, and adhere to KRMC's policies and vision statement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science from an accredited educational institution or Equivalent education credits that meet Medical Technology certification.
- 3 years General medical laboratory experience or equivalent blend of education and training.
- National Medical Technologist - American Society for Clinical Pathology upon hire. Or
- National Medical Technologist - American Medical Technologists upon hire. Or
- National Medical Technologist - American Association of Bioanalysts upon hire. Or
- National Clinical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology. Or
- National Laboratory Tech - United States Government upon hire.
- Phlebotomy experience.
- 3 years General medical laboratory experience or equivalent blend of education and training.
