Job Description
We are seeking a Scientist III to join the Quantitative, Translational & ADME Sciences team. The selected candidate will support bioanalysis of small molecules by conducting non-regulated quantitative LC-MS/MS analysis of in vivo and in vitro samples, ensuring high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-throughput quantitative LC-MS/MS analysis of small molecules and peptides from multiple biological matrices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in sample extraction and instrument operation.
• Operate, maintain, and perform hands-on troubleshooting of AB Sciex LC-MS/MS systems.
• Accurately document experimental data in LIMS, test methods, and protocols.
• Collaborate across Discovery and DMPK-BA teams to support diverse bioanalytical projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field with:
  8+ years (BS) / 6+ years (MS) / 0+ years (PhD) relevant pharma/academic experience.
• Proven expertise in method development using extraction, chromatographic, and analytical methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with quantitative bioanalysis of small molecules.
• Skilled in operating/troubleshooting Agilent HPLCs, Leap/CTC PAL autosamplers, and AB Sciex Mass Spectrometers.
• Ability to work independently in a high-throughput setting and deliver quality results within timelines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience in regulated bioanalysis or CRO settings preferred.
