Job Responsibilities What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct both standard and advanced laboratory testsranging from chemistry, hematology, to immunologyall in accordance with established guidelines.
• Examine results meticulously for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure regular upkeep and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples meticulously for subsequent analyses.
• Keep thorough documentation of all laboratory procedures, onboard new staff, and actively contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy and secure work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a suitably related allied health discipline paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science is a requirement within your first year of joining.
• Maintain your board certification throughout the tenure of your employment.
