PeopleShare is seeking a Quality Control Analyst I to join a well-established and industry-leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This role is based in the Quality Control Finished Product (QCFP) laboratory and is ideal for candidates looking to launch or build a career in laboratory science and quality assurance. The QC Analyst I is responsible for analyzing manufactured pharmaceutical products using approved analytical methods and procedures. Quality Control Analyst I - Job Details: Schedule: Full-time |3rd Shift 10pm-630am Pay Rate: $24 to $28/hr Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and qualifications) Selling Points about Quality Control Analyst I Position: Entry-level opportunity with a global leader in pharmaceutical coatings and excipients Gain hands-on experience in an FDA-regulated, cGMP-compliant laboratory Work in a supportive team environment with on-the-job training and development Be part of a company that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level Potential for long-term career growth in the pharmaceutical or scientific industry Key Responsibilities: Perform chemical and instrumental analysis of finished products under the guidance of a QC Analyst II or Shift Lead Submit accurate, precise, and timely analytical reports in accordance with company standards Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and applicable SOPs during all testing activities Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure accurate records are kept Follow safety and housekeeping protocols to support a clean and safe lab environment Participate in training in one of the company's key product disciplines (Dry/Wet, Lake, PVAP, or TSL) Perform visual color assessments as required for product quality checks Assist with additional laboratory duties and support cross-functional teams as needed Quality Control Analyst I - Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a physical science (Chemistry, Biology, or related field) preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in a quality control or analytical chemistry lab required Working knowledge of cGMP, USP standards, and FDA regulations Ability to critically assess visual color differences (color matching) Experience with chemical analysis techniques and instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
