Your Role

The Associate Quality Control Chemist (Laboratory) will evaluate products according to established protocols, provide technical support to others and perform operations in support of the group and department. Additional responsibilities include the following:

  • Review stock suitability data in accordance with guidelines of the quality management system
  • Maintainand support general quality review functions
  • Identify opportunities for quality improvement in compliance with Quality Management System
  • Communicate with relevant management and departments to ensure customer focused excellence
  • Prioritize responsibilities in alignment with established department goals
  • Hours/Days: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Wed - Sat

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or other Life Science discipline
  • 2+ years of academic and/or professional laboratory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in a laboratory or quality review environment.
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques, chemical calculations, and safe laboratory practices
  • Working knowledge of Data Integrity principles and proficiency with database software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, adaptability, and effective time-management abilities
