Position: Laboratory Technician
Location: Piscataway, NJ 08854
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Duration: 8/1/2025 – 7/31/2026
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field)
Will weekend work be required? No
Will overtime be required? No
Work Environment: Laboratory / Production
Will an N95 fit test be required? Yes
Job Description:
The individual will be working in an industry lab setting, namely, Oral Care Product Development. The main responsibilities include the production of lab batches for oral care products daily, running in-vitro assays, creating stability protocols in LabNet, and organizing and tracking samples for testing and aging analysis. The candidate will support other lab personnel with functional testing of products as required per protocols. Proper documentation of work and results in electronic laboratory notebooks is critical.
Essential Duties:

• Produce lab batches for oral care products daily
• Run in-vitro assays and monitor stability and aging of products
• Create and follow stability protocols in LabNet
• Organize and track samples for testing and aging analysis
• Support functional testing of products per protocol
• Document work and results accurately in electronic lab notebooks

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Industry lab experience per GMP guidelines
• Strong computer skills with the capability to learn CP computer programs
• Experience with Electronic Laboratory Notebook and LabNet preferred
• Ability to interact with internal support groups (Analytical, Flavor/Fragrance Technology, etc.)
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
