Chemist I

We are looking for Associate Chemist
Location: Hybrid Clark, NJ
Pay Rate: $20$23/hour
Contract Duration : 7 Months

• Support formulation development through batching and preparation of samples

• Conduct stability studies , fill and label samples, and submit test requests (microbiology, safety, evaluation, etc.)

• Perform quality control tests and microscopic analyses

• Troubleshoot formulation issues and report findings clearly

• Maintain accurate and detailed lab records , follow safety protocols, and review Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

• Compile ingredient lists for documentation and reporting

• Operate small-scale lab manufacturing equipment and handle light lifting (up to 10kg)

• B.A. or B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow laboratory procedures

• Effective communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach

• Physically able to manage light lifting and equipment handling as part of daily tasks
