- Conduct daily solution analyses and calculate necessary chemical additions.
- Monitor and report out-of-range readings and supply needs.
- Perform scheduled water and waste treatment analyses.
- Troubleshoot waste treatment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
- Schedule and document bath changes and waste pickups.
- Perform reliability tests such as salt spray and adhesion.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections; document results.
- Review specifications with Quality and Engineering teams.
- Manage customer-facing corrective actions and quality reports.
- Support internal and external audits, including NADCAP compliance.
- Maintain calibration logs and issue Certificates of Compliance.
- Develop and deliver quality training materials and documentation.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Attend production meetings to prioritize quality issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cost-of-quality reporting.

This position is set in a very industrial environment with a small lab consisting of only three people at a time. The production floor can be loud and busy. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 11pm, with an expectation of 40-45 hours per week.
