Your Role What Awaits You

• Conduct a range of clinical laboratory testsspanning chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established methodologies.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, address discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples meticulously for testing.
• Meticulously document all processes, guide new hires or students, and ensure adherence to laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe laboratory environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or relevant allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment is essential.
• Maintaining certification throughout the duration of your career with us.
