Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Quality Control Technician II opportunities in Sterling, VA. Responsibilities include:
Conduct and document quality control inspections during production
Perform employee hygiene and GMPpliance inspections
Collect product samples for laboratory and sensory testing
Calibrate equipment per QA procedures
Identify and investigate non-conformities
Serve as the point of contact with USDA Inspectors and coordinate follow-up actions
Assist with training of QA and production staff
Support technical projects, special inspections, and staff development initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, food production, or sanitation industries
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability toplete Food Manager Certificate, HACCP, and sous vide training
Exposure to sous vide production audits, GMP, and food safety standards a plus
Job Details:
Pay: 17.50
Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Weekly paycheck & access to Adecco Aspire Academy for free upskilling courses

Pay Details: $17.50 per week
