Job Title: Chemist Personal Care & Cosmetics
Pay: $100-125k/year DOE + great benefits!

Reports To: R&D Manager
-Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative R&D Chemist to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and testing personal care and cosmetic products such as skincare, haircare, body care, and color cosmetics. This role plays a key part in developing high-performance, safe, and compliant formulations in line with marketing briefs and regulatory standards.
-Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
5+ years of hands-on lab experience in cosmetic or personal care product formulation.
Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines.
Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
