As an Engineer/Scientist I, QC you will have the unique opportunity to work with a word class team that is committed to making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this role you will play ensure the quality of our Toxicology products through detailed testing and analysis. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional testing of intermediate and finished goods kits according to approved SOPs
  • Document accurate test results using Excel spreadsheets and workbooks
  • Maintain lot histories
  • Independently revise and update SOPs and/or worksheets

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum BA/BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Bioscience or equivalent with 0 - 2 years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience, preferably in the medical diagnostics industry
  • Strong laboratory skills, including pipetting, safety, and hazardous chemical handling
  • Understanding of cGMP and its application in the work environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Clear and concise documentation skills
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work independently

Work Environment

  • Mostly lab based
  • Expect to be testing material 80 % of the time and 20% of the time documentation rest of timer doing paperwork.
  • What is the dress code for this role?
  • Comfortable working with biological materials- testing can be done on blood and urine.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
