We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our team in two different roles: a full-time Quality Control Specialist and a subcontractor Automotive Window Tinter. Please read the descriptions for both positions below and follow the application instructions carefully.

Position 1: Quality Control Specialist Automotive Painted Parts
Job Description:

ReveMoto is seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, and dedicated Quality Control Specialist to inspect and ensure the highest quality standards for our automotive painted parts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality control processes, particularly within the automotive industry. Responsibilities:

-Inspect finished automotive painted parts for quality, consistency, and finish.
-Ensure all parts meet company and industry standards before shipping.
-Identify and document any defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies in products.
-Collaborate closely with the painting and shipping teams to address and resolve quality issues.
-Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

Requirements:

-Must have experience in quality control, specifically with automotive parts or painting.
-Must have experience in automotive buffing and sanding using dual-action buffers and dual sanders.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Position 2: Subcontractor Automotive Window Tinter
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented automotive window tinter to join our team as a subcontractor. This is a commission-based role with flexible, on-demand work. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and a passion for providing excellent service. We provide all tinting materials, exclusively using high-quality 3M film.

Responsibilities:

-Perform high-quality automotive window tinting services on various makes and models of vehicles using provided 3M film.
-Prepare and clean windows thoroughly before applying tint film.
-Cut, shrink, and install tint film with precision to ensure a flawless, bubble-free finish.
-Manage your own tools and equipment.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as an automotive window tinter (2-3 years for 20% commission, 4+ years for 25% commission).
-Expertise in various tinting techniques and materials, with a strong understanding of how to work with 3M film.
-Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
-A plus, but not required: Experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF) and vehicle wraps.

Compensation: Commission-Based (20% or 25% depending on experience)
