Quality Control Technician We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team and perform QC testing on Continuous Emissions Monitoring systems. This role involves checking mechanical and electrical wiring, calibrating analytical instrumentation, and ensuring complete operating systems monitor stack gases effectively. The position is based at our Hatfield, PA facility. Responsibilities Set up and perform QC testing on Continuous Emissions Monitoring systems. Check wiring of mechanical and electrical components, calibrate instrumentation, and ensure controls equipment functions as a complete operating system. Review electrical and mechanical project drawings and prepare as-built documentation upon project completion. Document all quality testing performed using Word, Excel, and other quality documents. Communicate with Production and Engineering departments on system designs and assembly issues. Use handheld test equipment such as Multi-Meters, Signal Generators, and PLCs for required testing. Perform secondary minor production or assembly work as needed. Conduct R D testing, calibration, and minor repairs on environmental analytical test equipment. Participate in annual safety training. Essential Skills Familiarity with Oscilloscopes and Multimeters. Experience in Testing, QC, and QA. Proficiency in documentation using Word and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous quality testing and production/manufacturing experience. Knowledge of environmental testing systems is a plus. Prior electrical wiring experience. Ability to use hand and small power tools effectively. Technical degree or technical school training is advantageous. Knowledge of computers, PLCs, Modbus, EGD, solenoid valves, and AC/DC relays. Forklift training/certification is beneficial but not required. Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical project drawings. Capability to assemble electrical and controls equipment, including wiring, mechanical, pneumatic piping, racks, HVAC, and lighting. Results-oriented, organized, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude. Work Environment Work hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm on the 1st shift. The facility is a nice, smaller, clean, and organized manufacturing space. Overtime may be necessary as project deadlines approach. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and t-shirts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hatfield, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
