• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing as the situation demands.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health degree, accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment period.
