In this role, you will focus on sequencing and library preparation within a wet lab environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on molecular biology expertise and experience with sequencing workflows. Responsibilities: Perform DNA extraction, library preparation, and sequencing. Operate and maintain automated library prep instruments and sequencers. Conduct QC analysis for both library prep and sequencing runs. Collaborate with assay development scientists to support sequencing-related projects. Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with safety and research protocols. Who You Are: BS degree in Molecular Biology or a closely related field with 1-3 years of relevant industry experience. MS degree considered; PhD is overqualified. Strong foundation in molecular biology techniques with demonstrated sequencing experience. Skilled in DNA extraction, library preparation, and sequencing workflows. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and documentation skills. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automation systems for library preparation. Familiarity with Luminex platforms. Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP, Excel).
