Responsibilities
  • Conduct analytical laboratory testing on blood, urine, and tissue samples.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate results.
  • Analyze test results and collaborate with physicians and medical professionals .
  • Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other laboratory regulations .
  • Maintain and review quality control measures and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot laboratory equipment malfunctions .
  • Train and mentor junior lab personnel .
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field .
  • Certification: ASCP or AMT certification required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
    • Experience in hematology, microbiology, or molecular diagnostics is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in automated and manual laboratory techniques .
  • Travel Readiness: Willing to take on temporary travel assignments .
