PepsiCo, a leader in the food and beverage industry, has an opening for a role on the FSQA team. This role supports the integration of FSQA programs for Sabra integration.
The candidate must have foundational understanding of Food Safety requirements, Regulations and how these translate to Manufacturing operations. Ideal Candidate must be able to drive impact, influence others and articulate ideas specific to Quality & Food Safety as it relates to recent Sabra acquisition & integration. They must be able to develop effective working relationships and gain resource support to enable business and team success.

This person must be able to support across multiple high paced innovation projects to minimize any/all food safety risk while commercialization & scale up.
Responsibilities- Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within foods R&D and plant operations to manage quality testing, food safety, and all other Quality areas.
- Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout all projects.
- Successfully deploy existing quality tools to enable business speed and agility.
- Manage multiple project work streams and support Adhoc request on data insights.
- Ability to clearly communicate and win support of ideas and plans to all levels of the organization, both written and verbally.
- Ability to travel to field locations across the US. (10% - 15%)
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree a must, Science or related fields are accepted.
- 2- 5 years' experience in leadership roles, for a global consumer goods company
- Background in Manufacturing/Product Development/Quality Assurance and Foods Safety
- Ability to visualize data across multiple programs to highlight area of improvements.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality & Food Safety Metrics, audit practices. Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in Foods processes as it relates to scale up & commercialization
- Technical foundation in Food Safety related topics including but not limited to Allergens, Sanitation
- Excellent communication & presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts & systems to drive alignment around critical objectives
- Willingness to travel 10% - 15%
