Chemical Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift

We are seeking experienced Chemical Operators to join our Production Team at our facility in Santa Fe Springs. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient production of chemical products to meet quality and customer demands.

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment for chemical production processes

Pump waste drums/totes into storage

Prepare drum setups and fill drums for shipments

Drop and clean waste water filter presses

Maintain housekeeping and ad to all safety protocols

Learn and operate at least two process areas, such as:

Ferric and Ferrous Chloride Etchant

Copper Oxide & Copper Carbonate

Acid & Base Neutralization

Waste Water Treatment

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience in chemical or manufacturing production required

High School Diploma or GED

Familiarity with chemical handling and production processes

HazMat/DOT experience preferred

Forklift operation experience a plus

Strong problem-solving andmunication skills

Must be proficient in English (read, write & speak)

Ability to lift 50 lbs, use a respirator, and climb stairs/ladders

Must be able to pass a physical, background check, and drug test
