Other duties may be assigned:Perform timely and appropriate quality control reviews and monitoring of new and modified Business and Commercial loans.Conduct daily review of all new consumer and business accounts, new safe deposit boxes, and new person profiles.Conduct timely CDD reviews of all Commercial and Business loans and consumer and business deposit accounts.Meet documented KPIs related to specific quality control reviews.Provide back-up in various areas of Lending Operations as needed or as assigned; assist with projects related to Quality Control within Lending Operations department.Cooperatively work with colleagues, branch staff, as well as internal and external clients with the highest level of professionalism, courteousness, respect, and attentiveness.Perform tasks that affect the Company's compliance with existing, revised, and new State and Federal compliance regulations.Fully participate in banking and business skill and knowledge development through various channels that the Bank may provide, including self-study assignments, computer-based training, one-on-one instruction, and group instruction.Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.QualificationsEducation/Skills/Training:Position requires a High school diploma; or approved equivalent.Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.Candidate should be able to accept instruction, prioritize, follow-through on work assignments with minimal supervision, and be able to work in a team environment.Must be able to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.Ability to learn and adapt to change.Working knowledge of or the ability to learn applicable state and federal laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to this position.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong typing skills.Experience:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking or the financial services industry is preferred.Experience with an online-computer system.BenefitsAt WaFd Bank you get all of these great benefits!Paid time off for vacation, sick days and holidaysHealth insuranceStock optionsBonus programsGenerous 7% 401(k) employer matching*Paid Parental LeaveLife and AD&D insuranceLong-term disabilityTuition ReimbursementEmployee assistance programsPre-tax health and dependent-care spending plansWaFd Bank Benefits Summary - Click here for more information
