Looking to add a Quality Control Technician to our Quality Control team. Responsibilities : - Responsible for monitoring the quality and compliance of concrete produced. - Communicates and works collaboratively with Batchmen, Drivers, Yardmen, and Dispatch to ensure production problems are discovered and resolved. - Assist drivers and help trouble-shoot issues in the yard and on job sites. - Sample, cast, transport, and check-in test cylinders according to lab procedures. - Observe 3rd party testing on jobsites to ensure testing in compliance with American Concrete Institute - Responsible for safety on jobsites and in the yard. Helps drivers in and out of buildings and guides trucks in difficult situations. - Enters test data into Quadrel mobile app - Follows RivCrete Engineering and all other company Standard Operating Procedures - Assist Lab department as needed Qualifications : - Maintains American Concrete Institute Certification - Strong communication skills and customer service in a technical environment - Good problem solving skills - Background in the concrete or building industry Requirements - Able to pass a background check and drug screen - Valid WI drivers license and clean driving record - Onsite work
