As a Chemical Operator - Level 1 here at Honeywell Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of our chemical manufacturing facility in Shreveport, LA. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment, performing quality control tests, and following standard operating procedures to ensure the production of high-quality chemical products. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will contribute to the success of our operations.
You will report directly to our Chemical Plant Operations Supervisor and youll work out of our Shreveport, LA location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our chemical manufacturing facility by ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and the production of high-quality chemical products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
Perform quality control tests to ensure product quality and consistency
safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
