Principal Scientist/I/II/III-Process Development

Our client is looking to fill the role of Principal Scientist I/II/III Process Development.

• Comp range: $85K - $175K Depending level

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to enhance yield, quality, and process efficiency in cell and gene therapy production.
• Optimize cell culturing conditions, scale-up strategies, and automation techniques while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct data analysis, oversee technology transfer, and contribute to regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain transparent communication.

Requirements:

• Education: B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in cell and gene therapy. Expertise in lentiviral vector processes, cell culture techniques, and analytical assays. Familiarity with GMP principles and statistical methodologies preferred.
