What You'll Do
- Design and execute experiments to synthesize and characterize novel materials, guided by AI-driven insights.
- Analyze large datasets from experiments, simulations, and external sources to uncover structure-property relationships.
- Collaborate with AI scientists and engineers to translate materials behavior into predictive models and performance optimizations.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest advancements in materials theory and experimental techniques.
- Communicate your findings through technical reports, presentations, and publications-contributing to both scientific knowledge and intellectual property.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymers, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in materials synthesis, characterization, and testing.
- Experience working in laboratory environments with a solid understanding of safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB).
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
