Job Description
We are seeking a Research Lab Technician to join our New Products Lab within the Innovation Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on the development of innovative products.
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the innovation process.
- Support new product development through the design and production of prototypes, while leading process improvement efforts.
- Assist project managers with new product development projects.
- Manage sample production and benchtop samples in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve processes using your knowledge.
- Analyze samples using basic lab instrumentation and testing, including pipetting, pH, viscosity, and scales.
- Maintain sample and ingredient inventories as well as standard operating procedures.
- Manage incoming documentation efficiently.
- Promote and encourage safe working practices.
- Present projects formally to leaders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
