Job Description

We are seeking a Research Lab Technician to join our New Products Lab within the Innovation Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on the development of innovative products.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the innovation process.
  • Support new product development through the design and production of prototypes, while leading process improvement efforts.
  • Assist project managers with new product development projects.
  • Manage sample production and benchtop samples in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve processes using your knowledge.
  • Analyze samples using basic lab instrumentation and testing, including pipetting, pH, viscosity, and scales.
  • Maintain sample and ingredient inventories as well as standard operating procedures.
  • Manage incoming documentation efficiently.
  • Promote and encourage safe working practices.
  • Present projects formally to senior leaders.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with undergraduate research or lab work.
  • Ability to multitask and process samples quickly.
  • Strong chemistry and laboratory skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
