General Information:
This position leads company Quality Assurance inspection activities and ensures overall compliance with customer requirements, standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) and regulatory standards within Compounding and Pre-weigh.
What are we looking for?
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Degree required.
- Two years of previous experience in a quality role in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

This position is responsible for:
- Verifies pre weigh kits ensuring the chemical identification and SAP tags align with the bill of materials
- Performs regular checks in the manufacturing/batching area of paperwork ensuring documentation is completed accurately, according to established standard.
- Verify critical steps, including but not limited to completed C&S, mixing times, material additions, etc.
- Ensure formulations are dropped into the correct totes or finished product tanks and labeled correctly.
- Documents checks and escalate to management per procedure.
- Ensure shift transitions are conducted.
- Verifies schedule information in SAP as needed.
- Conducts investigations of failures, incidents, and deviations to ensure that root causes are identified, and appropriate corrective action and preventative actions are taken and/or implemented and escalated per procedures
- Interacts with necessary individuals in coordinating scheduling and related activities.
- Completes SOPs, Work Instructions, training materials and other paperwork according to established company policy.
- Maintains confidentiality of customer information, product information and other sensitive and confidential information.
- Exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works overtime as needed due to workplace demands. Performs other related duties as required.
