Republic is looking for a self-starting, rigorous individual to join the Republic Crypto Economic Advisory team as a Discovery & Research Associate. The Discovery & Research Associate will be responsible for conducting guided deep structured research on and on behalf of the client projects. Associates also regularly produce internal deliverables and contribute to creation of various kinds of client-facing deliverables, indirectly adding value to client-facingmunication. The peak performance in the Associate position would entail obtaining all the skills and experience necessary for leading the entire Discovery process on selected clients. The high points of the Research vertical are leading your own high-impact research projects and contributing to the public-facing thought leadership pieces.

Our ideal candidate

Experience in qualitative and quantitative OSINT-like research and writing up concise summaries of your findings;

Experience developing, facilitating, and delivering research summary presentations;

Familiarity with business process modeling, analysis and strategy frameworks andor willingness to upskill in a short period of time;

Working kledge of information management and facilitation tools like Miro, Notion, Google Suite, Figma, Machinations, etc. andor willingness to upskill;

Experience in ExcelSheets, Python or SQL with manipulation of datasets and on-chain data collection andor willingness to upskill in a short period of time;

Excellent written and verbalmunication skills across different genres and platforms: academic writing, social, email, etc. Familiarity with NVC and its utilization would be a plus;

A degreeexperience in Economics, Data Analysis, Design, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;

The Discovery & Research Associate position is the perfect opportunity to enter the crypto research and consultancy space and learn from one of the industry's leading advisory teams, working at web3's innovation frontier and have a direct impact on the direction of the token economy and strategy design for our clients. This role will allow you to gain exposure to multiple facets of the research process and consulting industry and gain a deep understanding of various relevant aspects of the crypto industry, including business processes, technology, legal, regulatory, andpliance.

A qualified candidate can expect a base salary of $75,000-95,000. A standard offer from Republic includes basepensation, equity options, and a highlypetitive benefits and perks package. Offers are determined by a number of factors including (but not limited to) the applicant's experience, skills, certifications, as well as internal equity among our team.
