We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scientist II to join our Drug Discovery Sciences team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting small molecule oncology programs through hands-on LC-MS/MS analysis, in vitro ADME studies, and pharmacokinetic (PK) data interpretation. This position requires a strong background in bioanalytical chemistry and experience with quantitative LC-MS workflows in various biological matrices. Responsibilities: Perform LC-MS/MS analysis of small molecules in support of PK, TK, PD, and efficacy studies Conduct in vitro ADME assays (e.g., stability, protein binding) Generate and interpret data using software such as Sciex Analyst, Sciex OS, and Phoenix WinNonlin Collaborate with in vivo, DMPK, and external CRO teams to support drug discovery efforts Prepare and present study protocols, reports, and data summaries Troubleshoot and maintain LC-MS instrumentation Maintain accurate and complete electronic lab notebooks Support safety and compliance initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-5 years of experience, or Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience Proficiency with LC-MS/MS systems (Sciex, Agilent) and analysis of small molecules in biological matrices Experience with Phoenix WinNonlin and bioanalytical software tools Knowledge of bioanalytical sample preparation techniques; peptide analysis experience a plus
