The Division of Malignant Hematology- Medical Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh and the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center seek a Research Associate Professor for our growing academic division. Our group of clinical specialists provides expert clinical care to a diverse population of patients with hematology/oncology needs. We have an extensive clinical research portfolio, with a dedicated group of clinical research nurses and data coordinators.

The ideal candidate has a PhD or equivalent in Immunology (or a closely related field) and has experience in leadership positions overseeing process development and product quality. The ideal candidate would concurrently serve in a leadership role as Associate Director, IMPL, CGT GMP Operations.

Applicants for Research Associate Professor, non-tenure, should have five or more years of experience in related scientific research; have independent, external research funding and a substantial record of peer-reviewed publications; have significant teaching experience; and demonstrate the capacity for sustained, impactful, and independent scholarly contributions and leadership.
